Oil-free cavity and lubrication-free structure: The design of the oil storage pressure chamber is cancelled, and the whole machine does not require lubricating oil. It prevents oil from being mixed into the transportation medium, ensures the purity of the liquid, and is suitable for food and high-purity chemical chemicals working conditions.
Ceramic valve ball with high wear resistance: The pressure valve cavity is equipped with a ceramic ball valve, which is resistant to particle wear and acid and alkali corrosion. It can transport slurries and suspended liquids containing fine impurities, and the service life of the valve parts is greatly improved.
Stable at low speed without holding the pump back: Low-voltage and low-speed drive structure, smooth operation without low-speed stagnation failure, uniform flow output, and stable metering and dosing accuracy.
Streamlined parts and easy disassembly and assembly: The whole machine has a small number of parts. The diaphragm, valve ball and pump casing can be quickly disassembled and replaced. Daily maintenance is convenient and the shutdown loss is low.
Super self-priming ability: Excellent self-priming structure, excellent dry suction start-up ability, can pump liquid at a low position and pump residual liquid at the bottom of the tank, without the need for a pre-positioned bottom valve.
