4. Description of Fluorine-Lined Material Compatibility Conditions

PTFE/FEP fluoroplastic liners are suitable for temperatures of -30~120°C, capable of stably transporting any concentration of strong acids, strong alkalis, hydrofluoric acid, chromic acid, aqua regia, various organic solvents, and strong oxidizers. There are no prohibited scenarios for conventional strong corrosive media, making it a general anti-corrosion material for hazardous chemical transport. FEP material is not suitable for long-term high-temperature conditions above 120°C; high-temperature, highly corrosive chemicals require thickened PTFE linings for the entire machine.   2. Medium particle limitation: This machine only allows the conveying of media containing trace amounts of soft crystals. It is strictly forbidden to transport chemical liquids containing hard particles or large amounts of blocky precipitates.
