1. Parameters are calibrated with ambient water temperature. When transporting chemicals with high oil contamination and high organic impurities, the actual filtration flow rate will decrease by 10%~20%. It is recommended to reserve a flow margin when selecting the model.

2. Activated carbon is filled inside the filter bags, and regular replacement of activated carbon consumables can effectively remove organic impurities from the chemical solution and improve issues such as fogging, color differences, and pinholes in the coating on workpieces.

3. For high-temperature and solvent-containing chemical conditions, priority is given to VITON fluororubber seals to extend seal service life and prevent leakage failures.
