Media Impurity Specification: This machine is only suitable for clean water and clean media without hard particles. Conveying large amounts of sand, gravel, and blocky impurity wastewater is prohibited, as solid particles can rapidly wear down the impeller and mechanical seals.
Specific gravity specification: Standard motors are only compatible with specific gravity ≤ 1.3g/cm³ liquid. If the specific gravity exceeds the standard, the power of the matching motor must be increased to prevent long-term overload and burnout.
No idle operation allowed: Before starting, the pump chamber must be completely filled with clean water. Without a dry run of the medium, the mechanical seal will be rapidly worn, causing large-area leakage of the medium.
Suction Usage Limit: The actual installed liquid level to the pump body height must not exceed the model limit suction distance. Exceeding this limit will result in weak suction power, continuous cavitation vibration, and significant flow rate attenuation.
Medium temperature classification: Standard fluororubber seal suitable for 20~80°C ambient temperature media; If the medium temperature exceeds 80°C, a custom high-temperature resistant metal wrapping sealing kit is required.
