HENNVI HWP Series Lightweight Vertical Idle Submerged Pump,Dry shaft seal + embedded groove installation structure, FRPP/PVDF is available in two pump body materials, relying on dry sealing to isolate acidic gases, idling without damaging the motor bearings. Power coverage 1/2HP~10HP, diameters 32/40/50/65mm, SK compatible with 1.1 standard chemical solution, SP compatible with 1.4 high-density etch, supports 50Hz/60Hz duplex frequency. 50Hz head 15.5~41m, flow rate 280~730L/min, extended water inlet can extract deep chemical liquid from the bottom of the tank, can be equipped with a foot valve, mostly used for small electroplating tanks, PCB micro-etching, exhaust tower spraying, small environmental wastewater circulation, and compatible with filters.

Dry shaft seal can run without water: Original dry shaft seal structure, idling without liquid will not damage the bearings; the motor end seal blocks corrosive acid gas from intruding into the bearings, effectively extending the service life of the motor and eliminating idling pump failure.
Extended water inlet design: The lengthened suction inlet of the pump body can extract the residual liquid at the bottom of the tank. A bottom valve can be installed at the inlet to adapt to low liquid level conditions, and the waste liquid at the bottom of the tank can be pumped more thoroughly.
Embedded installation in slot: The lightweight flange mounting plate can be directly fixed on the inside of the tank. The pipeline layout is convenient. It saves time and effort in disassembly and assembly of the whole machine and daily maintenance, and does not occupy the ground space outside the tank.
Fully anti-corrosion and multiple specifications optional: Pump body is made of FRPP as standard, PVDF as optional (resistant to strong oxidation and acid); shaft material SUS304/SUS316/titanium shaft optional, sealed with NBR/EPDM/VITON three rubber rings, full power and full diameter coverage, domestic and foreign 50/60Hz voltage can be customized.

💡Remarks: The parameters are based on the actual measurement of clean water at normal temperature (specific gravity 1.0). It transports high-viscosity, high-concentration corrosive liquid. The actual head flow rate is attenuated by 10%~25%. A safety margin is reserved for model selection; the length of the lower shaft can be customized to be extended.
