HUP seriesHigh pressure idling vertical submersible pump, FRPP integrated injection pump body, patented dry shaft seal structure, supports waterless dry operation without burn-in. Power coverage is 1HP~10HP, water inlet and outlet sizes are 32/40/50mm, compatible with two specific gravity modes of 1.1/1.4, 50Hz/60Hz duplex frequency options, full head 17~46m, flow rate 180~700L/min.
The main shaft comes standard with SUS304, with optional titanium shafts and anti-corrosion seals (VITON/EPDM/NBR), immersion installation inside the tank, suitable for acid and alkali spraying, etching machines, exhaust gas tower circulation, and electroplating tank liquid conveying. It can be used in-line with filter machines, widely used in PCB, electroplating, environmental waste gas treatment, and surface chemical industries.

Dry shaft seal can run dry: Unique dry shaft seal structure, idling without liquid in the pump body will not damage the bearings and motor; the motor end cover oil seal blocks acid gas, protects the motor bearings, and extends the service life of the entire machine.
FRPP fully anti-corrosion pump body: One-piece injection molding, resistant to most strong acid and alkali chemical liquids, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, suitable for corrosive media such as electroplating etching liquids, acid-base wastewater, pickling agents, etc.
High-pressure and efficient hydraulic design: Special flow channel structure, high lift, high efficiency, low noise, airtight and no leakage, simple and convenient daily disassembly and maintenance.
Flexible selection of multiple materials: The motor shaft is SUS304 as standard, and the titanium shaft is optional; the sealing ring VITON/EPDM/NBR is optional as required, and the screws are made of titanium, which is suitable for strong corrosion and harsh working conditions.
Vertical trough-mounted structure: The pump body is inserted into the chemical tank and the motor is suspended above the liquid level. There is no need for a bottom valve. The installation occupies a small area and can be used directly with a chemical filter for simultaneous use.
Double specific gravity working condition adaptation: The SK model is adapted to specific gravity 1.1 for conventional acid and alkali, and the SP model is adapted to specific gravity 1.4 high-concentration heavy corrosive liquid. Duplex frequency export customization: 50Hz domestic standard, 60Hz special model for foreign trade, meeting the needs of different power grids at home and abroad.

💡Remarks: The parameters are calibrated with normal temperature clear water, transporting highly viscous and highly corrosive media. The actual head flow rate will decrease by 10%~25%, and a margin is reserved for model selection; the underwater depth can be customized as needed.
