When operating at maximum flow rate and rated maximum lift at full load, the specific gravity of the transported liquid must not exceed the limit value marked on the corresponding model; under low speed and frequency conversion conditions, the equipment can be adapted to media with higher specific gravity. For special high specific gravity conditions, technical personnel can be consulted to customize an exclusive solution.

1. Media specific gravity distinction: the conventional HTM standard model without D suffix is suitable for liquids with a specific gravity within 1.2; the enhanced torque model with D suffix is suitable for liquids with a specific gravity of up to 1.5. High specific gravity media such as chromic acid and chemical plating are preferred for D series models.

2. Power supply scheme classification: The factory 380V AC automated production line uses the standard HTM model; new energy lithium battery equipment and DC power supply integrated equipment use the D suffix AC and DC universal model.

3. Flow lift selection: If the vertical height of the pipeline is high and multi-layer filtration units are connected in series, the 32m/34m high lift and high-power model is preferred; for short-distance small tank circulation, the DN40 small-diameter low-power model can be selected.

4. Frequency conversion control description: The whole series comes standard with 4~20mA standard industrial speed regulation signal, which can be directly connected to PLC and touch screen without the need for additional driver modules, and supports multi-protocol communication expansion.
