HENNVI HTD SeriesCapable of idle rotation of the vertical acid- and alkali-resistant sub-pump for acid and alkali liquid, FRPP/CFRPP/PVDF integrated injection molding pump body, equipped with a patented dry shaft seal structure, no water idling without damaging motor bearings. Power coverage is 1HP~15HP, inlet and outlet sizes are 40/50/65/80/100mm, SK compatible with 1.1 standard chemical solution, SP compatible with 1.4 high-density corrosive liquid, supporting 50Hz/60Hz duplex frequency. 50Hz head 14~38m, flow rate 280~1760L/min, dual installation mode inside and outside tank, suitable for acid-base circulation, spray etching, wastewater treatment, and exhaust gas tower circulation, widely used in PCB, electroplating, environmental water treatment, and chemical industries.

Dry shaft seal with idling protection: Patented dry shaft seal structure, idling without liquid in the pump cavity will not burn the bearings; the motor end oil seal blocks acid gas from intruding into the bearings, extending the service life of the motor and avoiding idling and burning pump failures.
Fully anti-corrosion integrated pump body: Integrated injection molding of FRPP/CFRPP/PVDF material, resistant to strong acids and alkalis, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, suitable for various corrosive media such as electroplating etching liquid, PCB solution, environmentally friendly wastewater, etc.
Vertical trough installation saves space: The pump body is immersed in the tank, and the motor is placed above the liquid level. There is no need for a bottom valve. The installation occupies a small area and can be directly fixed on the edge of the tank. The pipeline layout is convenient.
Full specifications and flexible options: Multi-caliber, multi-power, multi-seal/shaft material optional, equipped with two sets of 50Hz domestic and 60Hz foreign trade performance curves, accurately matching various working conditions of spraying, circulation, and wastewater improvement.

💡Remarks: The parameters are calibrated based on normal temperature clear water. When conveying viscous and high-concentration corrosive liquid, the head flow rate will decrease by 10%~25%, and a safety margin shall be reserved for model selection; the liquid depth can be customized as needed.
