Integrated activated carbon deep impurity removal: The second tower comes standard with double-layer activated carbon filter bags, paired with filter cartridges for secondary fine filtration, efficiently removing decomposition of plating solution brighteners, oil stains, and organic impurities, improving coating fogging and color difference defects. High-temperature resistant and high-flow stable operation: the entire machine can withstand high-temperature chemical solutions within 70°C, equipped with a high-power corrosion-resistant pump, with a single filtration flow rate up to 330L/min, suitable for 1.5~6.5 ton large-capacity electroplating tank circulation purification.

💡Remarks:
Test parameters are calibrated with ambient water and high viscosity, high oily organic impurity liquids, and the actual filtration flow rate will decrease by 10%~20%. It is recommended to reserve a flow margin when selecting the model.
The maximum resistance of the entire machine to chemical liquid temperature must not exceed 70°C. High-temperature conditions accelerate activated carbon loss and seal aging and leakage.
Regular replacement of activated carbon filter bags can effectively remove organic impurities from the chemical solution, solving problems such as matte finish, color differences, and pinholes on electroplated workpieces.
