HENNVI HMX sealless magnetic drive pump,High-power, high-flow all-plastic magnetic pump, sealless magnetic coupling structure achieves zero liquid leakage. The pump body is available in four types of corrosion-resistant materials: PP, CFRPP, PVDF, and CFRETFE, suitable for strong acids, strong alkalis, and strong oxidizing chemical media. Power coverage 0.37~2.2KW (1/2HP~5.5HP), flange diameters 25/40/50mm, 50/60Hz duplex frequency selectable; Flow rate 120~530L/min, head 12~33.5m, mainly targeting medium and large electroplating lines, PCB mass production lines, environmental wastewater treatment, and chemical liquid circulation for complete chemical equipment. The modular structure makes assembly and disassembly easy, the entire machine operates stably, and offers excellent corrosion resistance.

No sealing and zero leakage structure: Magnetic transmission cancels the mechanical shaft seal, and the medium is fully sealed to transport, eliminating the leakage of corrosive chemical liquids from the source, avoiding environmental pollution and equipment corrosion, and meeting environmental protection and safety production standards.
Multi-material, broad spectrum corrosion resistance: PP/CFRPP/PVDF/CFRETFE four pump shell materials are integrally injection molded. PVDF/CFRETFE can withstand harsh corrosive media such as concentrated nitric acid and strong oxidants, and is suitable for all types of chemical liquids.
Large flow and high power design: The maximum power is 2.2KW and the maximum flow rate is 530L/min. Compared with small magnetic pumps, it can match the conditions of large and medium-sized tank circulation and centralized liquid supply in production lines.
Multiple selection + easy maintenance: The flange-type water inlet and outlet is suitable for industrial pipeline installation; the shaft / bearing / sealing ring are available in multiple materials, and the wearing parts can be separated and replaced separately, resulting in lower maintenance costs; supports domestic 50Hz and foreign trade 60Hz customization.

Remarks: The parameters are calibrated with actual measurements of clean water at normal temperature (medium specific gravity 1.0). When conveying viscous/high-concentration corrosive liquid, the head and flow rate will decrease by 10%~30%, so a working condition margin is reserved for model selection.
