The product covers power coverage of 1/2HP~3HP, diameter 40/50mm, head range 7~23m, flow rate 185~480L/min, supports 50Hz/60Hz duplex frequency customization, and is widely used for chemical liquid recycling in industries such as PCB circuit boards, electroplating, environmental wastewater, fine chemicals, and new energy lithium battery cleaning. The leak-free design avoids the risk of waste liquid contamination, modular components are easy to assemble and disassemble, and operation and maintenance costs are lower, making it the preferred model for centrifugal pumps under corrosive conditions.

No sealing and zero leakage: The magnetic coupling transmission eliminates the mechanical shaft seal, and the medium is completely sealed and transported, eliminating leakage, corrosion of equipment and environmental pollution, and complying with environmental protection and safety production standards.
Fully anti-corrosion integrated pump body: The pump shell is integrally injection molded, with no splicing gaps; four materials, FRPP/CFRPP/PVDF/ETFE, can be selected as needed, and can withstand corrosion from most acids, alkalis, and solvents.
Easy-to-maintain modular structure: The pump body parts are standardized and disassembled, and wearing parts such as impellers, bearings, sealing rings, etc. can be disassembled and replaced separately. There is no need to disassemble the entire pump, saving time and effort in maintenance.
Multiple specifications and all working conditions selection: Multi-power, dual-frequency, multi-caliber selection, supporting 50Hz/60Hz original factory performance curve chart, accurately matching different head and flow usage requirements, and supporting export 60Hz voltage customization.
1. Motor: Industrial-grade drive motor, stable operation, available in two specifications: domestic 50Hz and foreign trade 60Hz;
2. Active magnet: External magnetic transmission component, isolates the motor and chemical media, and transmits power;
3. Pump base: Thickened plastic base, stable load-bearing, easy to install and fix on-site pipelines;
4. Front cover with shaft: Spindle positioning base, fixing the pump shaft, and matching the sealing structure to achieve cavity sealing;
5. Front cover O-ring: Viton fluororubber / EPDM EPDM / NBR nitrile type three seal, suitable for different liquids to resist swelling;
6. Driven magnetic bearing assembly: built-in inner magnetic ring + wear-resistant bearing, immersed medium side, no shaft seal leakage point;
7. Impeller: Anti-corrosion injection molded impeller, high hydraulic efficiency, resistant to medium erosion;
8. Wear-resistant ring: Isolate the friction loss between the impeller and the pump casing to extend the service life of the pump body;
9. Pump casing with thrust ring: The main pump cavity has its own thrust buffer structure to offset the axial hydraulic thrust and make the operation more stable.
