PP integrated injection-molded corrosion-resistant barrel body: The entire filter barrel is made of PP material injection molding, compatible with most electroplating and chemical corrosive liquids, standard temperature resistance up to 70°C, acid and alkali resistant, and resistant to aging and cracking. Universal interchangeability of all filter media types: supports filter cartridge cap type, pressure plate type, filter paper type, starfruit filter bag, filter tube type, and standard filter bag, totaling 6 types of filter materials. It can be freely replaced according to the shape of impurities inside the tank, making one machine suitable for various filtration needs. High-pressure custom thickened upper and lower lids: Solid thickened PP lid assemblies can be customized as needed, providing stronger structural pressure resistance, meeting production line high-pressure circulating filtration conditions and preventing barrel cap deformation and leakage. Full coverage of multiple flow specifications: a complete series from low flow rate 15L/min to large flow rate 430L/min, compatible with plating tanks of 0.2~6-7 ton different volumes. Pipeline interfaces are available in both weld and flange types.

💡Selection notes:
ER parameters are calibrated with ambient water and show an actual flow rate attenuation of 10%~20% under high-viscosity, high-impurity liquid conditions. It is recommended to reserve a flow margin for selection.
Standard PP barrels have a maximum operating temperature not exceeding 70°C, and high-temperature chemical solutions can be upgraded to PVDF material barrels;
For highly oxidized and solvent-containing chemicals, it is recommended to use VITON fluororubber seals to extend sealing service life and prevent leakage.
