No need to stop the machine or open the lid to determine the filter replacement time, making daily operation and maintenance more worry-free. Restricted safe temperature resistance conditions: The maximum operating temperature of the equipment must not exceed 60°C, suitable for various types of room-temperature electroplating and chemical solution filtration, preventing softening, cracking, and damage of the acrylic cylinder body caused by high temperatures. Dual-material top and bottom covers for flexible selection: The equipment covers come standard with solid PP sheets, and PVC materials can be replaced as needed. Flexible selection based on the acid-base concentration of the chemical solution balances corrosion resistance and procurement costs. Multi-Specification Compatible Small Plating Tanks: The full series covers filtration flow rates of 15~180L/min, suitable for small plating tanks with 0.2~2.5 ton volumes. Pipeline interfaces include 3/4 inch, 1 inch, and 1-1/2 inch specifications, suitable for various small production line pipelines.

💡Selection notes:
Parameters are calibrated with room temperature clean water. When transporting high-impurity, high-viscosity chemical solutions, the actual filtration flow rate will decrease by 10%~20%. It is recommended to reserve a flow margin when selecting the model;
Acrylic material is not heat-resistant, and the chemical solution temperature exceeds 60°C. It is recommended to use an HL all-PP opaque filter;
For highly corrosive and high-concentration acid-alkali solutions, PVC top and bottom covers can be used; for conventional weak acid and alkali solutions, the standard PP top and bottom covers are sufficient.
