The double-specification stainless steel barrel is anti-corrosive and durable: the filter cartridge is optionally made of SUS304 or SUS316 stainless steel, which is resistant to high temperatures and rust. It is suitable for pure water and mild acid-base chemical liquids. There will be no plastic aging and cracking problems with long-term use. Dual scenario adaptation for pure water and chemical liquids: It is suitable for pre/post precision filtration of RO reverse osmosis pure water, and can also be used for circulating purification of mildly corrosive liquids in electroplating and fine chemicals. One machine covers water treatment and chemical production lines. Free switching between filter elements and filter bags: supports two filtration structures: filter element type and filter bag type. The filter element can be used for high-precision precision filtration. The filter bag is suitable for coarse filtration of large particles and can match different impurity working conditions as needed. High-pressure and stable pressure-bearing structure: The standard pressure of the whole machine is 5~10KG. Two inlet and outlet specifications of flange/internal teeth are optional. It is equipped with two types of fixed and movable bases, adapting to the needs of fixed installation and mobile production lines.

💡Selection notes:
SUS304 is suitable for pure water, neutral, and mildly acidic or alkaline solutions; SUS316 is suitable for moderately corrosive chemical solutions, with superior chloride ion resistance;
The filter cartridge model is suitable for high-precision micro impurity interception, while the filter bag type is suitable for coarse filtration of large particles and impurities, and can be used in series;
The maximum pressure capacity of the entire machine is 10KG; for high-pressure conditions, thickened cylinders and flanges with fixed designs are required;
Stainless steel materials are strictly prohibited from being used in high-concentration hydrofluoric acid or strong chromic acid oxidizing liquids; such conditions require the use of PP/PVDF plastic filters.
