1. Strictly prohibited running idle: This machine has no external cooling circulation pipeline, and idling will quickly burn out the PTFE bellows seal. Before starting, the pump chamber must be fully filled with chemical;

2. Medium temperature classification: FRPP material can withstand up to 60°C room temperature chemicals, CPVC can withstand medium temperatures up to 80°C, and PVDF can withstand high-temperature corrosive chemicals up to 90°C;

3. Head-type classification: For pipeline vertical heights exceeding 10 meters and multiple filter machines operating in series, H high head models must be selected; For short-distance internal circulation, select L low-head models;

4. Standard configuration of highly corrosive chemicals: chromic acid, electroless plating, solvent-containing solution, uniformly recommended PVDF pump body + VITON fluororubber + SIC silicon carbide dynamic and static ring combination;
