The Hennvi HCQF series plastic self-priming magnetic pump combines anti-corrosion plastic materials, gas-liquid separation self-priming structure, and magnetic zero-seal transmission technology. The maximum self-priming height is 3 meters, and the FRPP/PVDF integrated pump body is resistant to strong acids, alkalis, chromic acid, and organic solvents. The entire machine is fully sealed with no leakage, power coverage 0.37~2.2kW, flow rate 3.6~24.6m³/h, suitable for long-distance transport of various corrosive chemicals for electroplating, PCB, chemical, and exhaust gas towers. Both standard and explosion-proof motors are optional.

High temperature resistant permanent magnet, long-term stable and non-fading magnethas a built-in ferrite permanent magnet component, which is magnetically stable under high-temperature conditions and will not cause excitation loss or torque attenuation. It can operate continuously for 24 hours for a long time. The applicable medium temperature range is - 30℃~60℃.
Wear-resistant self-lubricating sliding bearing systemThe moving ring, bushing, and sliding bearing are made of acid and alkali-resistant graphite and PTFE materials. They have their own medium lubrication grooves. They rely on the delivery of chemical liquid for self-lubrication, without the need for external independent cooling water, simplifying the supporting pipelines and reducing energy consumption.
External mixed gas-liquid separation self-priming structureThe pump body integrates a liquid suction chamber, a liquid storage chamber, and a gas-liquid separation chamber. When it is turned on, it automatically stirs the air and water to mix to complete air separation. It can automatically re-establish the vacuum after the pipeline is emptied. The maximum self-priming height is 3 meters. There is no need for a bottom valve or manual pump filling.
Back-pull disassembly structure, convenient maintenanceDirect-coupled back-pull design. When inspecting and replacing impellers, bearings, and seals, there is no need to disassemble the inlet and outlet pipelines. Medium specific gravity specification: The standard factory model is only suitable for liquids with a specific gravity ≤1.3g/cm³. If the specific gravity of the liquid exceeds this value, it must be informed at the ordering stage and high-torque reinforced magnets can be customized to prevent the magnets from decoupling and idling to burn the motor.
Media particle restrictions: This machine is strictly prohibited from transporting media containing hard particles and large amounts of crystallized precipitates. The solid particles will quickly wear the graphite/PTFE sliding bearings, causing sealing failure and liquid leakage.
Idling operation is prohibited: Before starting the pump, it must be ensured that the inside of the pump chamber is completely filled with liquid, and dry running without medium is absolutely prohibited; in the idling state, the bearings are not lubricated by medium, and the isolation sleeve will be worn in a short period of time, causing corrosive medium leakage accidents.
Material temperature distinction: FRPP pump body is suitable for weak acid and weak alkali liquids at room temperature of ≤60℃; PVDF fully anti-corrosion pump body must be used to transport high-temperature chromic acid and strong oxidizing liquids. High temperature will accelerate the aging and cracking of FRPP material.
Explosion-proof working conditions requirements: When transporting flammable and explosive organic solvents such as acetone, alcohol, and xylene, the entire machine must be equipped with an explosion-proof three-phase motor; ordinary motor wiring and heat dissipation do not have explosion-proof protection structures, which poses major safety risks of fire and explosion.
