Magnetic leak-free sealing structureThe outer magnetic steel is directly connected to the motor output shaft, relying on the magnetic field to penetrate the isolation sleeve to drive the internal rotor. The transmission medium is completely enclosed inside the static isolation sleeve, eliminating the traditional mechanical shaft seal structure, solving the problem of shaft seal leakage and dripping from the root, and completely eliminating the risk of corrosive liquid leakage.
4-meter high-efficiency gas-liquid separation self-priming designThe pump body integrates a liquid suction chamber, a liquid storage chamber, and an independent gas-liquid separation chamber. After starting up, the impeller automatically stirs the air and liquid in the pipeline to form a gas-water mixture, which enters the separation chamber to complete the air precipitation. After the air is discharged from the outlet, a vacuum is formed in the pipeline. There is no need for a bottom valve or manual pre-filling of the pump. Underground liquid storage tanks and long-distance ground installations can stabilize liquid suction.

The applicable temperature range of the medium covers - 30℃ to 100℃.
High wear-resistant self-lubricating sliding bearing systemShaft sleeves and sliding bearings are made of silicon carbide, graphite, and PTFE wear-resistant materials. Lubricating grooves are reserved inside the bearings, which rely on the transmission medium for self-lubrication. There is no need for a separate external cooling water source, eliminating the need for supporting cooling pipelines, reducing the overall energy consumption and floor space of the equipment, and greatly extending the service life of the bearings.
Direct-connected rear-pull type convenient maintenance structureThe horizontal coaxial direct-coupled integrated design adopts a pull-back disassembly structure. When repairing and replacing the impeller, bearings, and seals, there is no need to disassemble the inlet and outlet flange pipelines. Maintenance can be completed by directly pulling out the internal components backwards. The maintenance time is shortened by 60% without changing the original pipeline layout on site.
Low vibration, low noise and smooth operationThe horizontal base has its own shock-absorbing support structure. The motor and the pump head are directly connected coaxially. Medium specific gravity specification: The standard factory model is only suitable for liquids with a specific gravity ≤1.3g/cm³. If the specific gravity of the liquid exceeds this value, it must be informed at the ordering stage and high-torque reinforced magnets can be customized to prevent the magnets from decoupling and idling to burn the motor.
Media particle restrictions: This machine is strictly prohibited from transporting media containing hard particles and a large amount of crystallized precipitates. The solid particles will quickly wear the sliding bearings and isolation sleeves, causing sealing failure and liquid leakage.
Idling operation is prohibited: Before starting the pump, it must be ensured that the inside of the pump cavity is completely filled with liquid, and dry running without medium is absolutely prohibited; in the idling state, the bearings are not lubricated by medium, and the isolation sleeve will be worn through in a short period of time, causing leakage accidents of corrosive media.
Medium temperature distinction: Standard model adapts to normal temperature medium of 30℃~100℃; if the medium temperature exceeds 100℃, a separate custom-made high-temperature resistant magnetic steel and fluororubber sealing kit is required. High temperature will permanently reduce the magnetism of the permanent magnet, causing a significant attenuation of flow and lift.
Explosion-proof working conditions requirements: When transporting flammable and explosive organic solvents such as gasoline, acetone, and xylene, the entire machine must be equipped with an explosion-proof three-phase motor; ordinary motor wiring and heat dissipation do not have explosion-proof protection structures, which poses major safety risks of fire and explosion.
