Oxidation-resistant and anti-corrosion split materials: The filter barrel is made of PVC, and the pump body is made of PVDF anti-corrosion material, which can withstand strong oxidation and corrosion from chromic acid. The entire machine does not come into contact with the chemical solution. Clear temperature and operating conditions: The equipment can withstand a maximum operating temperature of ≤60°C, avoiding the risks of accelerated chromite corrosion and component aging and leakage due to high temperatures, ensuring long-term service life. Lock-type seal with large filtration area: The filter element adopts a lock-cap structure, offering excellent overall sealing performance; The effective filtration area is sufficient, and the contact area with the chemical solution contains no metal components, preventing metal ion contamination of the coating.

💡Remarks:

1. This machine is only compatible with chromatic acid chrome plating solution and cannot be used with special strong corrosive agents such as hydrofluoric acid; The temperature of the liquid during long-term operation must not exceed 60°C.

2. Chromic acid is a strong oxidizing medium; VITON fluororubber is preferred for sealing components, which can significantly extend the service life of seals and prevent leakage.

3. The pump body comes standard with PVDF material; PP/CPVC material cannot be replaced, otherwise it will be quickly oxidized and cracked by chromatic acid.
