Specific gravity specification for medium: Standard motors should be adapted to a specific gravity ≤ 1.3g/cm³ medium; high-density slurry and heavy metal liquids require increased motor power to prevent overload and motor burnout.
Restrictions on medium particles: The diameter of solid particles in the medium must not exceed 10mm. Oversized hard blocks can pierce the diaphragm, causing large-area leakage. It is recommended to install a simple filtration device at the front end of the feed.
No running idle: The pump chamber must contain medium, and prolonged dry grinding will quickly damage the diaphragm; Intermittent use must ensure that the liquid level in the feed pool is not lower than the suction port.
Medium temperature classification: Suitable for conventional rubber separators - 20~90°C; High-temperature slurry at 90~150°C needs to be replaced with F4/PFA high-temperature resistant separator; ordinary rubber tends to age and crack at high temperatures.
