HENNVI BB SeriesTank-mounted corrosion-resistant metering and dosing pump, zero-leakage sealed structure, pump body available in PVC/SUS316/PVDF anti-corrosion materials, PTFE+EPDM composite membrane resistant to strong corrosion. Supports 50/60Hz duplex frequency, 110V/380V multiple voltages, and manual stepless flow adjustment during operation; The full series has a flow rate of 14~1200L/h and a maximum output pressure of 72kg/cm². It can be directly installed on the top surface of the chemical tank, and is widely used for dosing electroplating agents, acid-base dosing in environmental water treatment, quantitative dosing of PCB chemicals, and micro-chemical conveying in fine chemicals.

Fully sealed zero leakage structure: Diaphragm seal structure, no hidden danger of shaft seal leakage, no leakage of corrosive chemical liquids when transported, avoiding chemical waste and environmental pollution, safe and stable operation.
Multi-material, broad spectrum and corrosion resistant: The pump body can be made of PVC, SUS316 stainless steel, or PVDF, and the diaphragm is made of PTFE+EPDM composite material, which is suitable for most corrosive liquids such as strong acids, strong alkalis, and organic solvents.
Groove top direct installation design: Can be directly fixed on the top of the liquid storage tank. The pipeline layout is simple, saving equipment installation space and reducing pipeline siphon and empty suction failures.
Online adjustable flow rate: The equipment is equipped with a manual flow adjustment mechanism. When the equipment is running, the output flow can be adjusted steplessly, the dosage of chemicals can be accurately controlled, and debugging is convenient.
