The diaphragm structure has no leakage and is easy to maintain.The mechanical diaphragm isolates the chemical liquid from the internal transmission components, completely preventing chemical leakage from the structure, and preventing corrosive liquids from evaporating and dripping from corroding the equipment; the overall structure is simple to disassemble, and the diaphragm, check ball, and sealing ring can be disassembled and replaced separately, and the threshold for daily maintenance and repair is low.

Vertical installation on the top of the trough, saving equipment spaceThe base of the whole machine is specially adapted to be fixed on the top surface of the chemical tank. There is no need to add an additional transfer storage tank. The inlet and outlet liquid pipelines can be directly connected to the chemical tank. The pipeline layout is simple and regular. The larger the stroke value for the same model, the higher the output flow rate; the maximum output pressure of the equipment will decrease synchronously with the increase in flow rate, and the large flow specification is only suitable for low-pressure short-distance dosing scenarios; domestic conventional production lines use 50Hz models, and exported overseas equipment can customize 60Hz motors, and the flow rate of the same model will increase by about 20%.

It can be installed directly on the top of the medicine tank. The dosing flow can be fine-tuned at any time during production to stabilize the coating color and reduce manual dispensing errors. It can be paired with an HL vertical filter to form a complete cycle of dosing equipment.
Etching liquid, micro-etching liquid, and developing agent are added in proportions. The PVC or SUS316 pump body can withstand strong acid and alkali etching agents. The zero-leakage structure of the diaphragm prevents agent leakage from contaminating the board surface, reduces pinholes and oxidation defects, and is suitable for automated continuous etching production lines.
Quantitative dosing of flocculants, acid-base neutralizing agents, and decolorizing oxidants. The AHB high-flow model is selected to adapt to large-capacity wastewater pools. The acid-base neutralizing spray agent is automatically replenished. Medium and high-pressure specifications are selected to maintain stable pressure in the spray pipeline. Accurately mix trace amounts of chemicals and add chemicals to small test plating tanks. The AHA-01/11 minimum flow model is selected. The extremely small flow rate is controllable. The compact body fits into the narrow space of the laboratory console.
Differentiation of chemical corrosion intensity: For conventional weak acid and weak alkali electroplating solutions, choose PVC pump body + EPDM seal + ceramic check ball; for chromic acid and high temperature solvent-containing solutions, you must choose SUS316 pump body with FPM or PTFE sealing kit.
Flow power classification: for adding trace amounts of chemicals and adding single small plating tank, the flow rate is ≤2.2L/min, choose the 0.2KW AHA series; for large flow rate addition of waste water and waste gas equipment, the flow rate is ≥2.8L/min, choose the 0.4KW AHB series.
Conveying pressure classification: For vertical conveying heights of more than 5 meters and long pipelines for long-distance dosing, the AHA high-pressure and small-flow model with a maximum pressure of 10Kg/cm² is preferred; for short-distance tank surface direct delivery, the 5Kg/cm² large-flow model is sufficient.
Power supply frequency classification: Domestic factories are equipped with 50Hz standard stroke parameter models equipped with mains power; exported overseas equipment can be customized with 60Hz motors, and the flow rate of the same specifications is increased simultaneously.
