Differentiation of chemical corrosion intensity: For conventional weak acid and weak alkali electroplating solutions, choose PVC pump body + EPDM seal + ceramic check ball; for chromic acid and high temperature solvent-containing solutions, you must choose SUS316 pump body with FPM or PTFE sealing kit.

  2. Flow power classification: for adding trace amounts of chemicals and adding single small plating tank, the flow rate is ≤2.2L/min, choose the 0.2KW AHA series; for large flow rate addition of waste water and waste gas equipment, the flow rate is ≥2.8L/min, choose the 0.4KW AHB series.

  3. Conveying pressure classification: For vertical conveying heights of more than 5 meters and long pipelines for long-distance dosing, the AHA high-pressure and small-flow model with a maximum pressure of 10Kg/cm² is preferred; for short-distance tank surface direct delivery, the 5Kg/cm² large-flow model is sufficient.
